The challenge
The client needed a comprehensive condition assessment of a large office headquarters — inside and out — to plan remediation and inform ongoing management. The traditional route would have meant multiple surveyor visits, scattered photo sets, and a report that starts going stale the day it is issued.
Our approach
We captured the entire building digitally and reported every defect through a bespoke virtual platform, shared directly with the client’s chartered surveyors. Rather than describing defects in a document, each one was tagged in place within a complete virtual model of the building’s interior and exterior — locatable, photographed and categorised.
